COUNTRY-STYLE MACARONI AND MEAT 
2 c. short cut elbow macaroni
1/4 c. butter
2 med. onions, sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 lb. ground beef (chuck)
2 cans pimentos, chopped
1 (#2) CAN RED KIDNEY BEANS
1 c. cooked tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Melt butter and add onions, garlic, and beef. Cook over medium heat until beef is browned, stirring occasionally. Add macaroni and remaining ingredients. Mix well and heat to serving temperature.
