CHILI CON QUESO COUNTRY STYLE 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Brown the ground beef until done. Melt the cheese in the top of a double boiler. Drain the fat off the beef and mix with the melted cheese. Cut up the tomatoes and add to the cheese mixture. Serve over Fritos or Doritos.
