CHILI CON QUESO 
4 sm. cans chopped green chilies
1/2 c. canned milk
1 minced onion
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can tomatoes, drained

Saute chilies and diced onions until onions are done. Then add milk and drained tomatoes. Then chopped cheese. Cook over slow fire until cheese is melted. Burns easily. Serve with chips. Good on broccoli (cooled).
