LONDON BROIL APPETIZER 
1 lb. flank steak, scored
1 c. rose wine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Rosemary leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place steak in shallow glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour on meat. Cover; refrigerate several hours, turning meat occasionally.

Set oven to broil or 550 degrees. Remove steak from marinade. Broil 2-3 inches from heat for 4 minutes. Turn; broil for 3-4 minutes longer.

Cut meat at an angel across grain into thin slices. If desired, salt before serving. Serve on thin rounds of rye or French bread.
