LONDON BROIL SANDWICHES 
1 flank steak
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. oil

Combine all ingredients. Marinate the steak for 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Broil on grill for about 7 minutes. Slice very thin. Serve on Pepperidge Farm Club Rolls that have been cut in half lengthwise and spread with softened butter and crumbled blue cheese. Toast the rolls lightly after putting on the butter cheese mixture. Top with the steak slices and enjoy.
