TURKEY PINEAPPLE SALAD 
3 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh onion
2 c. pineapple tidbits
Romaine lettuce

Combine turkey, celery, lemon juice, salt, ground, black pepper, onion and pineapple. Add only enough mayonnaise to moisten. Mix lightly. Serve on Romaine lettuce. Garnish with reserved pineapple. Serves 6. Chicken may be substituted for turkey.
