TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. whipping cream
2 c. turkey, cut up
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. hot water
3 c. spaghetti, cooked
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. sherry, optional

Place butter in 2 quart casserole dish and melt. Blend in flour and bouillon, salt and pepper. Slowly add water and cream. Cook in microwave on medium high until thick for 6-9 minutes, stirring twice. Add spaghetti, turkey, mushrooms, parsley and sherry and mix. Sprinkle cheese on top and microwave on medium high for 9 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
