"HASH BARS" 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 stick butter
1/4 c. peanut butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat chips, butter and peanut butter until melted; stir. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan, cool slightly. Then add marshmallows (before you put them in a pan). Cool in refrigerator.
