1 (6 oz.) box seasoned croutons 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled 1 (16 oz.) sauerkraut 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices 3 eggs 2 c. milk In 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch baking dish, layer half of the croutons, then corned beef and sauerkraut, top with rest of the croutons and slices of Swiss cheese. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over the top. Bake at 325 degrees in preheated oven for 35 minutes or until brown and set in the center. |
