GLENDA'S STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. large mushrooms, wash and remove stems
1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. each oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper, and Tabasco

Chop mushroom stems, celery and onion, place in bowl with butter. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on High or until vegetables are tender. Let cool a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and mound into mushroom caps. Bake for 25 minutes in 350 degree oven OR microwave for 3 minutes on High (place mushrooms on paper towel first before cooking). Serves 4 to 6 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
