CREAMY-SURE FUDGE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
16 marshmallows
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts

Mix the first 5 ingredients in a saucepan, stirring the mixture constantly. Heat it to boiling and boil for 5 minutes only. Remove it from the heat, then add the chocolate, stirring until it is melted. Stir in the vanilla and walnuts. Spread the mixture in an 8x8 pan and let cool until it is firm. This recipe makes about 2 pounds of fudge.
