BIERROCKES 
1 lb. ground beef or pork
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. shredded cabbage
1 c. shredded cheese (American)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef or pork, onion, in oven. Add cabbage, cover and cook in oven 7 to 8 minutes. Add cheese and seasonings and mix well. Roll dough in 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 5 inch squares. Place two heaping tablespoons of mixture in center of each square. Bring four corners together and pinch shut. Mold into circular shapes. Place burgers, seam side down on greased baking sheet. Let rise 15 minutes. Bake in 375 degree oven about 30 minutes.
