HAMBURGER & POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 med. potatoes, sliced very thin
1 med.-lg. onion, sliced very thin
1 lb. ground beef, browned & drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. water

Put 1/4 cup water in bottom of casserole pan for moisture. Layer potatoes, onion and ground beef 2 or 3 times. Add 1/4 cup water to soup to make it easier to spread over the layers.

Cover with foil ("tent" it so soup won't stick to foil). Bake 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
