1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder

Sprinkle Romaine lettuce with Parmesan cheese and toss with dressing just before serving. Will make four hearty servings.
