SID CAESAR DRESSING 
6 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. water
2 env. Italian salad dressing mix
1 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. fresh minced basil or 1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil leaves
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped fine (opt.)
1 (2 oz.) can flat anchovies, chopped fine (opt.)
2 tbsp. chopped black olives
3 bacon strips, fried crisp & crumbled
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine lemon juice, water and salad dressing; mix in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake well, add oil and remaining ingredients; shake well. Yield: about 1 1/2 cups.
