1 lg. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. container Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Put 1/2 of the cookie mixture into the bottom of pan. Add filling then add rest of cookie mixture. Chill.
