OKLAHOMA GOULASH 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 gloves garlic, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
4 c. cooked elbow macaroni

Brown ground chuck with 2 tablespoons oil. Add onions and garlic. Drain and add tomato sauce and macaroni. Heat through.
