VEGETABLE CHEESE TART 
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. half and half
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

In large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon into pie shell. Bake 375 degree oven 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
