SICILIAN CHICKEN 
4 to 6 Market Day chicken breasts
6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 (16 oz.) can Del Monte Italian-Style stewed tomatoes

Coat chicken with the Parmesan cheese and then the flour. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown in hot oil. Remove chicken to casserole dish. Saute mushrooms and onions until tender. Add stewed tomatoes and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with pasta.
