Family favorite, we have been making this recipe for many years. We often substitute the green pepper for another 1/2 cup of onion due to preference but it is still delicious.

This recipe has been a family favorite for many years. It is always a hit at holiday potlucks. It's simple enough to be good on it's own or to sub in your favorite meat sauce or alternative veg. A hollow noodle that holds a lot of sauce like cavatappi really lets this recipe shine.
