SICILIAN FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. honeydew melon balls
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. pears
1 c. apples, peeled and cut into bite size pieces
1 c. strawberries
1 c. green grapes
1 c. red seedless grapes
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar

Blend all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate several hours. Serve chilled.

Serves 15 to 20.
