CRISPY POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes, unpeeled & washed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt

Cut potatoes in 1/8 inch slices. Arrange in a single layer on cookie sheet. Season with salt, pour melted butter evenly over potatoes. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until crisp.
