2 c. cracklings
1 c. ground raisins
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. hot water
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. ground nuts
2 1/4 c. flour

Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
