SWEDISH PANCAKES 
2 eggs
4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter

Beat eggs. Add milk and flour with the salt and sugar. Melt butter and stir in. Pour small amount on pan and tilt pan to spread batter thin. Cook until golden brown and serve hot.
