FUDGE BROWNIES 
2 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 egg white
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Stir in melted butter and egg. Beat with wooden spoon until thoroughly mixed. Sift flour with nuts into batter. Stir in vanilla. Pour batter into 8 x 8 x 2 inch square pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in oven preheated to 325 degrees or until done. Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Cut into 16 squares.
