4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. melted shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. nuts

Mix in order given. Bake in 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
