BREAKFAST PIZZA 
3/4 lb. pork sausage
2 c. frozen loose pack hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c. very hot water
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Monterey Jack, shredded

Move oven rack to lowest position. Grease 12 inch pizza pan or cookie sheet. Heat oven to 450 degrees.

Cook sausage and potatoes until sausage is fully cooked. Mix baking mix and hot water until dough forms. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix; knead 60 times. Press dough into baking pan. Spread sausage mixture over dough. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
