SPINACH QUICHE | |
1 (9") unbaked pie shell 2 slices Swiss cheese (7x4") 1/2 c. chopped spinach 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. half & half 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. flour 1 c. chopped ham 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Place Swiss cheese slices in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with spinach and mushrooms. Mix next 4 ingredients, pour into pie shell. Sprinkle evenly with ham and Cheddar cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 4-6 servings. I use Buddig Lean Ham - cut in small pieces. |
