SPINACH QUICHE 
1/2 box or full box frozen chopped spinach
Pam cooking spray
1 c. shredded cheese (any cheese)
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Defrost spinach. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt and pepper until smooth. Add chopped spinach. Spoon into greased pie plate (10 inch deep dish). Sprinkle with cheese then paprika. Bake at 400 degrees about 35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

Very tasty and easy to make. I baked mine for the recommended 35 minutes and it was overdone. Next time I'll try it for 30 minutes - there will be a next time! I used cheddar cheese so I'll substitute swiss cheese. This is a keeper!
