STRAWBERRY SURPRISE 
FIRST LAYER:

2 c. fresh pretzels, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted

Combine above ingredients and press in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for 10 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar

Prepare Dream Whip according to directions. Blend with cream cheese and sugar. Spread over cooled first layer. Refrigerate until third layer is ready.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. pineapple juice
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries

Heat pineapple juice almost to boiling point. Mix juice, gelatin, and strawberries together and let set in bowl about 15 minutes. Gently spoon mixture over second layer. Refrigerate until third layer is firm. Cut into squares to serve. Easy. May be prepared 1 to 2 days ahead. 12-16 servings.
