TARTA DE MANZANA 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 whole egg mixed with 2 tbsp. water

Mix the flour, sugar, salt, and butter together until crumbly. Add the egg and water and knead until it holds together. Pat into a 12 inch pie pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. 1/2 c. chopped almonds 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. brandy 1/4 c. flour 2 eggs 1 c. whipping cream 1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine the apples, almonds, sugar, honey, brandy and flour in a bowl. Mix well. Pour into the partially baked crust. Then mix the eggs, cream, and cinnamon together. Pour over the apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. brandy

Mix together in a saucepan and heat until bubbly. Let it bubble for 5 minutes. Spoon the glaze over the baked tart.
