MEXICAN SURPRISE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 (10 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda

FROSTING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in a 9x12 inch greased cake pan. Wait until cake is cooled.
