CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 lg. can tomatoes (whole)
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
1 - 1 1/2 c. water
2 lg. cans Brooks hot chili beans
Salt to taste
1 can green chilies, chopped

Brown onion in 1 tablespoon oil until transparent, then add meat and cook until meat loses its color. Then add remaining ingredients except chili beans. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. Then add chili beans and simmer for another 1/2 to 1 hour. Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and corn bread.
