PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. grated cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Empty pineapple, juice and all into 8 x 12 inch or smaller casserole dish. Mix sugar and flour. Sprinkle over pineapple, sprinkle cheese, crush crackers and spread on top of cheese. Melt butter; drizzle over top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
