CHICKEN SALAD DELUXE 
1 1/3 c. instant rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. French dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. diced celery
1 c. drained orange sections
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. diced cooked chicken

Prepare rice with boiling water. Add salt; set aside to cool and fluff before adding to remaining ingredients. Mix mayonnaise, dressing, salt, and pepper in separate bowl. Mix chicken, celery, orange sections, and nuts. Stir in mayonnaise mixture. Add rice and mix lightly with a fork. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce. Makes 6 servings.
