SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp (or celery soup)
1 can milk
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion
1 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 (5 oz.) can shrimp (or sm. cooked shrimp)
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna

Place in buttered casserole. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees.

SAUCE: (Optional but good.):

1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk

Heat and pour over each serving. Serve with a salad, broccoli and hot rolls.
