SECRET KISS COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Hershey's kisses, about 36
Confectioners' sugar

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Gradually add flour and nuts. Beat on low speed until well blended. Chill dough about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mold about 1 tbsp. of dough around on unwrapped kiss and roll to make ball. Cover kiss completely. Put on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until set, but not brown. Cool slightly. While still warm, roll in confectioners' sugar. Cool. Store in tightly covered container.
