SECRET KISS COOKIE 
1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. cane sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Hershey's Kisses (about 36)
Powdered sugar

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla in large mixer bowl. Gradually add flour and nuts. Beat on low speed until well blended. Chill dough about an hour or until firm enough to handle.

Mold approximately 1 tbsp. (and this amount is plenty) around an unwrapped chocolate kiss and cover the candy completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes, just until the cookie is set, not brown.

Cool and while still warm, roll in powdered sugar. Store in tightly closed container. Roll in powdered sugar again before serving, if desired. Makes 36 cookies. (375 degree oven)

"Kids" from 1 year old to 100 years old love these.
