RAISIN-PEANUT BARS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. molasses
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. raisins
1 c. salted peanuts
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, butter, molasses, vanilla and egg yolk in 2 1/2 quart bowl. Stir in flour. Press dough in ungreased 9x13x2 inch rectangular pan. Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.

Mix raisins, peanuts, peanut butter and chocolate chips in 2-quart saucepan. Heat over medium low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate chips are melted. Spread over crust in pan. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into bars, about 2x1 inch. 54 bars.
