MEAT LOAF IN THE MICROWAVE 
2 lb. pkg. meat loaf mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped finely

Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 can tomato sauce. Pack meat loaf mixture into a microwave bundt pan (or a casserole with a microwaveable glass in center). Microwave on High for 15 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn every 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
