MICROWAVE MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. milk or water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. In oblong dish, shape beef mixture into loaf. Heat covered with wax paper on medium high 20 to 25 minutes; drain liquid occasionally. Let stand, covered 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
