BEEF BARBECUE 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. water

Place beef with onion and celery on top of beef in a roaster. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven until very tender, at least 3 hours.
