CRANBERRY SHERBET 
2 c. fresh cranberries
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 egg whites

1. Wash cranberries, removing stems. Turn into 2 1/2 quart saucepan. Add 1 1/2 cups water; simmer, covered 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons cold water in medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, orange juice and sugar.
