CRANBERRY NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
2/3 c. whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. water or milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon. Combine Bisquick baking mix, sugar, egg, and water; beat 1/2 minute. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture. Spoon cranberry sauce over top. Bake 20-25 minutes. While warm spread with confectioners sugar icing.

ICING:

1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
About 1 tbsp. water

Mix.
