GLAZED CRANBERRY RING CAKE 
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt or sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
Glaze (below)

Grease generously 12 cup Bundt cake pan; sprinkle nuts. Mix baking mix and sugar; add oil, eggs, extract and yogurt. Beat on high speed 2 minutes. Stir cranberry sauce; fold sauce into batter. Pour into pan.

Bake about 50 minutes. Stir cranberry sauce; fold sauce into batter. Pour into pan. Top with glaze. 16 servings.

GLAZE:

Mix 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons water and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.

This is a great coffee cake! I don't even pull out the mixer, just mix it all in the bowl. I also use my homemade cranberry sauce (leftover from Thanksgiving). Lo Fat Bisquick works fine, too. It is also a nice dessert if you are looking for something not too sweet. Enjoy it
