BORGIA'S BEST BARBECUED HAM
SANDWICHES
 
14 oz. bottle of ketchup
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 lbs. sliced ham

Combine all ingredients, except ham, and simmer 20 to 25 minutes. Then add 3 pounds of ham. Any sliced ham on special is fine. Buy it sliced then cut into strips. Peel off strips separately and add them individually into sauce, stirring constantly to get all pieces well coated. Let simmer until meat has absorbed some of the sauce. Serve on buns. Good served with cole slaw, potato chips, deviled eggs, pie, pickles, and olives.
