LITTLE RUBENS 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
4 sm. pkgs. of corned beef
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, or canned
10 oz. Swiss cheese

Shred meat in processor or blender. Shred cheeses in processor or blender. Mix meat and cheeses, add sauerkraut and 3 or 4 tablespoons mayonnaise. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot. Watch carefully it burns easily.

Serve on party rye.
