MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
3 9" pans

Mix all ingredients using juice with oranges. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.

ICING:

1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat pudding and pineapple together; add Cool Whip.
