1 tall can crushed pineapple 1 can of cherry pie filling 1 pkg. dry white cake mix, (do not use cake mix with pudding in it) 1 1/2 sticks of butter, melted 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans) 1 (9 x 13 inch) cake pan Layer pineapple in bottom of cake pan. Layer cherry pie filling over the pineapple. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the cherry pie filling. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cake mix. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of it all. Bake at 375 degrees or 350 degrees if glass pan for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly. |
