1 cube butter, melted
1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
3 tsp. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. walnuts (coarsely chopped)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Pour cornflake crumbs in bottom of 9x13 inch baking pan. Add sugar and mix. Pour melted butter over crumb mixture and stir until mixed, then press into the bottom of the pan to make a smooth crust.

Sprinkle chocolate chips over the crust, then the coconut, then the walnuts. Spoon the Eagle Brand milk evenly over all. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool and cut into 24 bars.
